Pol-UK Recruitment is currently hiring for a Yard & Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established and growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual seeking long-term work in a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the yard and the efficient flow of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading of materials (FLT licence preferred, but training can be provided)

Carrying out general yard maintenance including small repairs (e.g. fixing doors, lighting, keeping the yard in good condition)

Managing stock levels and preparing goods for dispatch

Supporting material handling and shipments to ensure on-time deliveries

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health & safety standards

Working closely with management to align yard operations with business needs

What We’re Looking For:

A motivated, reliable, and proactive person looking for a long-term role

Flexible with working hours (some later shifts required depending on ship arrival times)

Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to work

Ability to stay organised and ensure smooth daily operations

Previous yard or logistics experience is an advantage, but not essential – training will be provided
