About the Role
Pol-UK Recruitment Ltd. is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative on behalf of a fast-growing technology company based in Edinburgh. This company provides innovative ticketing and event management solutions worldwide.

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is fluent in both Polish and English. The successful candidate will provide support to one of our key clients, both remotely and onsite at events in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer support in Polish and English via email, phone, and live chat

Provide technical and operational assistance during events

Guide users on how to navigate and use the online platform

Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client inquiries

Prepare support documentation and materials in both English and Polish

Attend and support live events in Poland
